2. Description of Services

AIWhatsAppMate provides AI based conversational software that allows businesses to automate WhatsApp chat communications, index business knowledge catalogues, enable human agent handovers, and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

3. WhatsApp Policy & Meta API Compliance

Users must comply with all Meta WhatsApp Business Policies, Commerce Policies, and Messaging Guidelines. You are solely responsible for acquiring opt-in permissions from your end-users prior to sending WhatsApp messages or promotional templates.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use AI WhatsAppMate to:

• Send unsolicited spam messages, phishing scams, or unauthorized marketing broadcasts.
• Distribute illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or breach the security of the Platform.
• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, logos, trademarks, code, UI designs, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of AI WhatsAppMate. You retain full ownership of your uploaded knowledge files, catalogues, and customer communication data.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription fees for AI WhatsAppMate are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription plan at any time through your dashboard settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI WhatsAppMate is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI WhatsAppMate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law & Legal Address

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.
