- WhatsApp Messaging Data: Inbound and outbound customer messages, media attachments, phone numbers, timestamps, and message delivery status logs.
- Technical Device Data: IP addresses, browser types, session cookies, and login telemetry for audit and security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Data
We strictly utilize your data for essential operational and service delivery purposes:
- Generating accurate, context-aware AI answers to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
- Indexing your uploaded catalogues into isolated vector embeddings for instant RAG search.
- Seamlessly transferring complex queries from AI to human live chat agents.
- Sending system notifications, security alerts, and account billing receipts.
4. Meta WhatsApp API Integration
AI WhatsAppMate integrates with WhatsApp through official Meta Cloud APIs. We strictly follow Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms & Data Policy. We do not sell your customer phone numbers, share chat logs with unauthorized third parties, or send unsolicited spam.
5. AI Vector Memory & Tenant Isolation
Enterprise Security Guarantee
Your business knowledge documents and customer chat histories are stored in dedicated, tenant-isolated vector databases. We NEVER use your proprietary business data or chat logs to train public AI foundation models.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
You maintain complete ownership of your data. You may request permanent deletion of your business knowledge files, chat logs, or account at any time by contacting our privacy team. Upon deletion request, all vector index embeddings and database records are purged within 30 business days.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you have rights to access, correct, export, or restrict processing of your personal data under applicable global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act).
